Cross Save Issue (Can't resolve error or see steam account character)

Went through cross save to link my old xbox account for use on PC via steam. In doing so I can now only see my old xbox guardian, the steam one that I have been playing is nowhere to be found. When I try to disable cross save to hopefully salvage my steam account, I have an error that cannot be resolved because I had recently purchased silver (a few days before going through the cross save). Any ideas on what to do next to allow me to play my main account (steam) ?

  • Hi, the 90 day wait is mandatory and cant be bypassed. It seems like when you were setting up cross-save you picked your Xbox characters to be your active ones and as a result it shelved your Steam ones. Once the 90 days is up you can disable cross-save (this will incur another 90 day wait to re-enable cross-save) but once its disabled all platforms go back to only having their own characters/gear etc
