Very disappointed in the ways Trials has turned into a toxic environment especially on Destiny 2 LFG.
As for privacy not going to post their names. That is where the toxicity and ego comes into play for those who doesn't want to ruin their KD. Here are some real posts from real players on Destiny 2 LFG discord server:
LF1M 1.4+ dm tr for inv
lf1m 1.0+kd dm tr going flaw
LF2M flawless, dm tr
(1.27KD) LF1M send destiny trials report if u can
LF1 1.8+ overall dm report
As you can see from these real posts this has gotten out of hand requesting Trials Report direct message. That is why I believe Trials needs to have another mode to get to the lighthouse.
Best way to fix this which will never happen in my life time or anybody else.
Create a better match making system, create another mode or all together remove trials making sure egotistical toxic players don't have to have their feelings hurt when helping those to the lighthouse for the first time.
For casual players we just want our loot: the ships, sparrows, ghosts, along with the gear and weapons. On our emblems, we aren't going to parade around our 500 gilded Trials seal or even show off our 1.2 mil opponents defeated in Trials or even our 3,000+ flawless wins. We just want the loot and to get flawless every weekend to get a chance to more rewards.
As for a mode, I said this before a Skirmish Trials where it's a 5000 point system on which team gets to first wins. This mode was fun back in Destiny One rather than having an egotistical child flip out when you were supposed to use a super on all three players for a triple knock out. Then the flawless would still be in effect as to getting seven wins to get to the lighthouse.
I hope changes are made eventually and allow casual players get into Trials more often to get that sweet loot.

It makes people strive to get better, if they really want the loot. Are you and your team practicing in Elimination, the trials practice mode? If not, you're not even trying to do well in trials.... Solo queue is not the answer either. Separation is in the preparation. Some PvP players don't want to raid, they probably won't earn raid weapons, should there be raid light events for PvP players? I don't think so, you need to pass over the bar to earn some of the loot in the game, some stuff isn't a participation award.
