Tbh warlock as a whole needs a face lift because the other two classes essentially have lock abilities but better due to their kit rework across the board and getting the main draws of lock subclasses, devour radiant/healing and traces. The only thing they don't have is well which doesnt really justify a 3rd class in of itself. Is it used in every endgame yes but then why run a warlock at that point. Void was basically unchanged Solar had its core pieces either nerfed or gutted Arc is essentially the same.
