You know how you can use Exotic Ciphers to buy exotics that aren't obtainable anymore? What if there was something similar, but for cosmetic items such as emblems, shaders, and ornaments? It would basically work like this: Eva Levante would appear in the Tower once a week for maybe a day or two, and sell cosmetic ciphers for some Glimmer and a few legendary shards (they wouldn't cost too much as they're only cosmetics). Cosmetic items from raids would also cost about 3 spoils of conquest. Again, it would be relatively cheap since they're cosmetics. There would be one cipher for each category, and you could only purchase one per week: Raid Cosmetic Ciphers, Destination Cosmetic Ciphers, Strike Cosmetic Ciphers, etc., and you would only be able to do it for cosmetics that are no longer obtainable, not ones that still are obtainable but you haven't gotten. Or alternatively, Eva could provide a quest for each category to be completed, each requiring different objectives in their respective category to be achieved. Upon completion, you would be awarded the corresponding cipher which you could then cash in with Eva.
Cosmetics obtained through purchases/donations would not be available, however.
