I have screenshot and emails of my purchased dlcs. Lightfall I purchased for pre order. witch queen I purchased the collectors edition through bungie. and shadowkeep I bought as well. I just can't find the email for this one but I have weapons and had access to thw quests and so on. all of a sudden when I opened my game on ps5 where I always play it says not owned for witch queen and a few days later it happened with shadowkeep. I don't game share with anyone. I did all of the troubleshooting I could do. I messaged playstation they said I have to email bungie and i have opened a ticket in the past for this and stopped getting replies. now this is happening again and once again no more replies. I emailed proof of purchase. I don't know what else to do and I haven't been able to be assisted in about a month now

Unfortunately, if that doesn't work, Bungie has no control over the licenses, so you will have to work with the store's support team to have them verify your purchase and restore any licenses as needed.
