Bubbles are Redundant.
Ever since the damage buff nerf for Bubble titans, Well of Radiance is objectively better in most situations.
Why is that?
1. Bubbles are less convenient
In order to get the 25% damage buff you have to enter and exit the Bubble. Warlocks can pop down their Well of Radiance and nobody has to move a muscle
2. Bubbles provide less benefits
Bubbles do not simultaneously provide protection and the damage buff outside of the Bubble. (Even if you're using Helm of Saint-14, the overhshield will not regenerate unlike your health from standing inside a Well of Radiance)
I'd be curious to see if the usage rate of Bubbles has gone down over time since the nerf. The best way Titans can contribute to DPS for boss fights is to throw on Thundercrash and Curiass of the Falling Star (Which doesnt work for many encounters), or to not play Titan.
If Bubble had a 30% damage buff, Well of Radiance would still be as important to fireteams as they are today. The health regeneration Wells provide is often the only way to survive when everything is shooting at you during your DPS phases.
Until Bubbles offer a bigger damage buff than Well of Radiance, Bubbles are redundant.

Bubble shouldn’t buff weapon damage directly. That is part of the solar identity. Instead, it should provide weaken/suppressing/volatile rounds to weapons. Not just void weapons.
