Never understood the hype around enhanced perks. I though it was common knowledge at this point that most of them were underwhelming, not worth the cost, and in some cases provided 0 benefit like triple tap. I would take the masterwork stat boost plus the adept mods over a +5 in stability any day. There’s also the fact that you can have a pvp and pve god roll on the same gun, whereas on crafted weapons you either have to keep going back to the enclave or craft a whole other gun. The last point I want to bring up is that, me personally, I would much rather spend my time in a master raid with 6 other players knocking off triumphs for king slayer then grinding alone in shuro chi

Adepts are for the BDE, Crafteds are there so non-endgame focused players have their own shinies to work towards. Both are good, both have their place, lets just enjoy having more than one path to kickass gear 😁

2 RepliesPerks like Enhanced surrounded are why they are better as you can get like a 40% damage bonus if you combine enhanced surround with surround spec.

1 ReplyYou forget that crafted weapons are guaranteed god rolls whereas 80 of my adept weapon drops roll with compulsive reloader, turnabout, and a reload masterwork.

5 Replies1. Crafted weapons also get the same masterwork stat bonus in all stats that adepts get at level 20 2. The only bad enhanced perks are the ones that give +5 in a stat, enhanced triple tap allows you to throw a grenade in between each shot and still activate the perk where normal triple tap doesn't. Enhanced perks and the adept masterwork stat bonuses were a mistake to give to craftable weapons. Adepts are just statistically worse which is sad to see.

1 ReplyPSA: Adept weapons are overrated.

Good for you👍🏻

2 RepliesI personally feel like crafting is a devaluation of the loot pool, why in an rng looter shooter should we have the option to make what we want.

Adepts gain a +3. Not a big advantage in having one higher. Heres the difference between two with identical rolls. The adept has one less shot that the crafted and less reload. Overall, the crafted is better and easier to obtain. There are a few cases where an adept would be better in PvP, but considering they are some of the hardest weapons to earn, they should be better overall. Master raid loot needs improving.
