Hi, I recently bought DLC for Destiny 2 for steam (My main account) and I originally created a character through epic games and thought, why not activate cross save. As of recently I thought since I'm going to buy the DLC for steam and I'm just going to deactivate cross save and make steam my main priority account for my continued life cycle for destiny. I have ran into the issue of losing the content, I have no idea why unless the content somehow linked to epic games (because I didn't deactivate cross save till after the DLC was bought) even though Bungie says you have to buy the DLC on each platform and it doesn't carry over. I've lost access to the battle pass and quests, I hope someone can assist me in my situation. Thanks

5 RepliesHey there. The part of the FAQ regarding expansion content is as below,
Do my previous game purchases transfer across platforms? Destiny 2 expansions (ex: Forsaken, Shadowkeep) do not transfer between platforms with Cross Save. Destiny 2 Season Passes (ex: Season of the Undying) do move between platforms on the characters they were redeemed on.
Season passes get applied to the characters, that one specific profile that is active at time of purchase. So they were applied to your Epic Games characters, even though you purchased on Steam. That meant the pass content would be accessible regardless of you playing those characters on Steam or on Epic. When you cancelled cross-save, the characters reverted back to being Epic only, and took the passes with them. That would mean that on Steam, while you still have access to Witch Queen, you do not have the passes on the Steam characters.
