I got a red border weapon; HOWEVER, it was at 1350 Power. Not a huge deal, but something else I'm sure you guys would want to look into.

Same happened to me for 2 characters on Xbox.

Yeah I just got one at 1350 on my second run. Noticed it didn't count my first for the powerful too.
