Duality After Final Boss Kill Unable to Teleport back for Loot
Played through the final encounter of Duality and was unable to open the chest at the end because the game would keep flashing green like to teleport us back from the shadow realm. However, it bugged out and left us there unable to get loot. Especially sucks as my post master was full at the time of the bug.
