Hello. So i’m having an issue with cross play. Originally before the free name change came out, one of my friends told me I could create a random stadia account and make a name there to do cross play so my name can show up during the game as my stadia name. However due to me making it my main account, I lost my emblems and most of major things such as Game chat since there might have been a setting with game chats off during the stadia account. I tried to deactivate the account but and it said to type the name of your stadia account to delete and deactivate it but there wasn’t any letter inputs. I would type a letter but it wasn’t inputing the letter. Then I deleted my whole stadia account but even after doing it, it’s still showing up as crossplay activated with it even though the account no longer existed. Now I cannot voice chat with cross play players when playing trials or trying to help someone who’s cross play due to that. And previous emblems i redeemed over codes or by buying those pins cannot be reclaimed in my collections. I definitely learned my lesson with this situation. I just hope there is a way to solve this issue. If there is a way I would really appreciate it. Thank you for your time bungie/community.
