Im trying to enable cross save for my accounts and the only one that is not working is my steam account because I entered my password wrong. Login told me to wait and I waited next day with the correct password this time (I made sure it was typed in correctly this time) but the same message appeared regardless of minutes to hours in between waiting logging in. To whom do I address this to? Bungie or Steam?

If you're unable to log into a platform account then you will need to contact the platform in this case, Steam. Bungie is unable to help you with platform account issues.
