As best I can tell, this only negatively impacts Nightstalkers because Voidwalkers and Sentinels don't need Mobility for their builds, but Nightstalkers are a bit MAD (multiple attribute dependent, for those of you that don't play TTRPGs), needing both Mobility plus another survivability stat, so if they want to take it, they also have to take Echo of Dilation to offset it. I don't think anyone needs to say that Echo of Dilation is bad, it's already kind of universally known, and as such has 20 worth of stats to tempt you into taking it. I'd rather the -10 Mobility be removed from Echo of Persistence and the +10 be removed from Echo of Dilation so I end up with the same net Mobility but without having to take a garbage fragment that ONLY Hunters have to take. It's not an interesting limitation for buildcrafting to be pigeonholed into 1 less slot for customization.
