Every single match I have in crucible and trials is against cheaters

I have gigabit internet, a god tier computer, all necessary ports open, no downloads running in the background and I'm hardwired to my router that is less than 10 feet away. Every. Single. Match. is like this. Every time. There's a reason why I hate crucible and I have hated it since the very beginning of year 1 and it's because of garbage like this. At the end of the video I linked I decided to suicide into the bubble - there was no winning at that point (Skip to 45 seconds). Since day 1 of year 1 when I first went into a crucible match, I have been stuck in a matchmaking pool of the same cheaters and laggy opponents. I encouter them all the time and have been matched against the same 30-40 people for more than a year. I have tried to discuss this on the subreddit but every time you bring up cheating (even if you're discouraging it or discussing issues like mine) your post is arbitrarily removed citing rules that don't apply to it. Is there any way at all to get out of this pool of matchmaking? I know it's not an issue with my physical location or internet speed or anything to do with that. I've moved 3 times, I'm always hardwired and I've had 3 different ISPs. I've played on my desktop, my wifes desktop, my laptop, my friends computer with my account and physically brought my 75lb desktop to my friends house for lan parties, and even using his internet I experience the same issues. I have literally nowhere to turn for a solution to this problem and it makes me not want to play the game. When 50% of the game is unplayable the seasons start to look more boring each day. Is there anything at all that anyone can suggest to fix this issue? My main PC specs are: AMD R9 5950X Quad channel 32GB Trident Z royal 4600Mhz EVGA RTX 3080 FTW 3 All drivers are up to date for my motherboard, LAN adapter and GPU. I've opened all necessary ports and NAT type is set to OPEN. There's no firewall settings preventing it from connecting and there's no antivirus running when I'm playing. Again - this is a day 1 issue that has plagued me across multiple PCs, ISPs, and phyiscal locations. It's absolutely ridicuous. Edit: I've been advised to remove the video from this post to prevent myself from being banned - this is exactly the problem with pvp in this game. Someone else cheats, I'm stuck in matchmaking with them and can't fix it, I provide evidence of it and I'm the one at risk of having my account banned. What an absolute joke. I guess thanks for nothing Bungie.
