I went and claimed the rewards from my Prime account, and nothing shows up from Amanda to collect. I did the troubleshooting FAQ and found that my prime account link was revoked. I didn't revoke any of my accounts that were linked. I went and reenabled my Prime account and now I can't collect the items. Is there a way to reenable the drop?
