So this post started as a rant. But I figured out it could become something else, maybe more productive.
Today I decided to do a nice master mission on the witch-queen campaign. Thus getting my new pinnacle gear. As, we assemble our team we manage to make it until Savathun fight. Yes, this week's mission was ''The ritual''. At the final moments of the fight as you know you have to help The Traveller break free and serve some truth to wild girl Savathun getting her to realize she was a very mean girl up until now. Then you kill her and everybody is happy(except Immaru).
Now the problem is that the encounter bugged and it bugged on the last step. 45 minutes were wasted. And I also declined other activities with friends because of this waste of time.
Having played other online games I told to myself: [i]''I am going to open a ticket and request my pinnacle gear to be mailed to me''[/i].
Well, surprise surprise you cant open a ticket in Destiny 2. Only rant on forums and pm on twitter(I refuse to reopen an account on twitter btw).
It would be much nicer if there was some kind of communication system in order to resolve game issues with live support, without the need to exit from the game. I know it is not an easy thing to do or to implement. But on the other hand I cannot accept or believe I am forced to repeat a 45 mins activity and no place to report this issue.
