This is insane at this point. I don’t wanna be matching full teams solo q every week.
Edit
Lmao at the people telling me to get better with half my stats.
“Teammates don’t matter”. Please I implore you to do better with matchmaking standards like this.

It was never designed to be fair. It was designed to add some cannon fodder for streamers who were complaining about long lobby times due to no one playing.

Sorry the stat farmers would just farm the soul out of it. B4 u know people would be on here complaining about how sweaty the solo Q is.

1 ReplyI remember I tried to play trials with my younger brother on the weekend where freelance was live, the game couldn’t find a single player. This is why bungie wont grant freelance trials as a permanent mode.
-
Because content creators said no
-
Because the streamers need an easy carry environment to gild their seals.

2 RepliesSolo queue players get slaughtered by 3 stacks. Solo players decide not to play Trials without freelance. Everyone says having freelance divides trials too much. But without it a lot of people just won’t play. So what’s the point of it not being permanent? Because without it I just won’t play✌🏻
-
2 RepliesShould have been a permanent option as soon as they let solo queuers in. Why would a solo queue up against coordinated stacks in the sweatiest game mode there is? Its lunacy. If it's supposed to be a team game mode, and the answer is "get a team," then why allow us to solo queue at all? Why go so far as to try and encourage solo players to help rescue a dying playlist with dwindling numbers if you don't plan on keeping them around? I said this from the very start. People play trials for 2 reasons; to chase loot and have fun. If you take "fun" off the table, as most solo queuers don't enjoy facing stacks, then all that's left is loot. Once acquired, you'll lose that player, and you're back to square one with a dying game mode and a dwindling player base. And to top it all off, they brought a slug shotgun and a bow to the loot pool. We were all really clamoring for that! No Shayura's, no Messenger lol. Look out Bungie! The floodgates are opening! LMAO!

Because Bungie is lazy. They could easily do it, just like they could easily implement a freelance control or clash, but they don't because they have no idea what players want. We're talking about a company that just implemented quitter penalties in control and calls control "Competitive Crucible". Bungie is out of touch with their own game and things like this make it all to evident.
-
bungie clearly does not care about the minor casual player in pvp, in any mode, who just wants to get their pinnacle and bounties done

7 RepliesEdited by BungoCantBalance: 9/18/2022 1:58:00 PMI just shoot 1 guy to avoid the afk ban then I cliff jump if I have zero chance of winning and I feel no shame doing it. It’s either that or I bot walk into people without even attempting to fire my weapon.

1 ReplyRemove flawless pool, and add freelance every weekend. This seems fair.
-
Remove flawless pool and add freelance as a perm feature. There are not enough players to subdividing the population over and over and over
-
i think if it was consistently every other week it would be fine

Get better? Why haven’t I though of that!? -
9 RepliesBecause it’s a team based playlist. It always has been.

4 RepliesAnswer me this why do raids not have a solo queue playlist?

Please I implore you to do better with matchmaking standards like this. https://imgur.com/a/h37pNjf[/quote] My problem with trials as a solo player is when my team insists on letting the enemy control the map. This week is a prime example. A lot of scouts bows and snipers. Not uncommon to see double primary right now with a bow/scout paired with a side arm/smg. Yet it never fails, my team will consistently move into the small building against teams running shotguns and fusions and let the enemy force us into close range duals against long range weapons. Or vice versa, nothing but close range weapons and they go to the long range lanes. I’d love a permanent free lance but it wouldn’t change much since destiny players seem to have linear thought process. “Enemy here. Must move to enemy.” Counter point to that is that when I’m on the opposite side of that, it’s easy games.
-
I thought it was. Every time I got on last season and did trials I noticed the freelance option. Lame.
-
7 RepliesWhy are you solo-queing into Trials? Get a team. It's not hard to find decent players
-
4 RepliesWhy do you expect there to be? What has Bungie done over the last 3 years to demonstrate they care about PvP?
-
Sure when freelance QP becomes a thing first 👍

10 RepliesBecause streamers

Bungie is awful at their jobs and don’t give two craps what’s better or more fun
-
Freelance is bad for the gamemode

1 ReplyThey don’t want it to, as it’s a carrot they can dangle in front of us. So until then, I’ll continue to occasionally trash my K/D over and over, so no LFG team will want me, 😂
