Don’t allow craft-able raid weapons. It’s that easy.
Crafting in a lot of games can allow players an Avenue to get pretty solid gear, and that’s just fine. I personally believe craft-able weapons should always be slightly worse than raid weapons, but still viable. This keeps the progression going upwards as you face harder and harder content. I believe they need to keep the structure set to reward increasingly for higher difficulty content. I don’t believe raid weapons should be craft-able, I think they should have a chance to drop with enhanced perks (with adepts having a higher chance). This will allow them to be top tier and give players a reason to come back and keep running raids.
