Release to fire. Failure to fire before auto-release will cause the arrows to backfire, cracking the user's shield. Auto-release fires immediately once the bow is fully drawn.
(The reticle missiles from Twisted Metal: Black is a good reference, since that's the inspiration.)

When fully charged, the sword’s element changes based on which element you blocked, and [Heavy Attack] to slam the sword on the ground to create an elemental explosion with different effects: Solar - Scorches nearby targets. Arc - Jolts nearby targets. Void - Makes nearby targets volatile. Stasis - Slows nearby targets. Strand - Lifts and traps nearby targets. You may continue blocking when the sword is fully charged, but it will overcharge. When the sword overcharges, it unleashed a more powerful elemental explosion which damages the wielder.

Im gonna copy and paste a post I made earlier: Exotic sword: Purgatory Perk: Repent for sins Weapon does more damage to bosses and majors the higher the health that they have, and will decrease in damage the lower the health. Second perk: Closer to death When a major or boss has been brought down to at least half hp with the weapon or if the weapon has taken part in dealing half a boss/majors health, the enemy will be weakened. The weapon could be something else though, like suggested, a flail

The only exotic I would equip at all times - The Freeloader: Perk, gets rid of all these New Lights and Freeloaders, and insta-bans them until they pull out their wallet, and pay for content the rest of us forked our hard earned money for.

2 RepliesHow about a kinetic sidearm, but in heavy slot? Railgun tech, presumably made by Veist. After firing, the user is knocked back certain distance, and melee is disabled for, idk, 5 seconds. Hey, it's a heavy pistol, those arms be hurtin', see. XD Somebody got a name, stats and lore for this bad boi?

3 RepliesHow’s about a poison exotic that causes the opposing guardian to swell up like a balloon and start to float up for a set amount of seconds until they break free. If you “pop” them before they can break free they burst with poison infecting near by guardians lol.

3 RepliesVerbolten and Ride the Lightening seem incredibly balanced and realistic as exotic options. I have one issue with Load, which is that it's giving 2 ammo types with no penalty. Well is already an incredibly powerful Ult in both PVE and PVP. If you want to buff it, it needs some penalty interaction (either reduced duration, reduced healing, or directive penalties to the Warlocks CDs. I don't think it's a bad idea for Well or Bubble to have some sort of ammo drop interaction, but not without cost. I want to like Mack, but coming from a franchise that was CC heavy (ie Overwatch) I believe it is incredibly dangerous to introduce weapon CC into a game that has virtually zero. Stasis is the only CC in the game and it's only a few abilities that hard CC players and ads. That said, personally I'd like to see more Stasis exotics. I'd love to see one that changes the interactions of the Behemoth super to where crystals automatically explode after 1-2 seconds. It's such an underwhelming Super at this point in time across all gamemodes. I don't know if this should be a Hunter/Warlock exclusive weapon, but I'd love to see the following- The Dagger of Ahamkara: Equippable Special Energy melee weapon- When using the block mechanic (no actual shield) the Dagger charges a lunging melee (Like Lament) consuming ammunition. The dagger can also be thrown, also consuming ammunition, and has a kinetic melee (though significantly weaker in attack and range). I have a few standing exotic changes I'd like to see: Citan's Ramparts: Players can now shoot through Ward of Dawn. Stronghold: Now applies same guard efficiency to glaives. Aeon Cult Exotics: Stacking buffs on Exotic weapons now apply to all fire team members running said exotic. Eternal Warrior: Melee Kills while in Fists of Havoc extend the over shield duration at the cost of class energy.

The idea here is that weapons that require kills to activate are useless on some Boss enemies because there may not be enough adds to trigger or your allies might wipe the ads before you get a chance to trigger your weapons special effect. Deaths Whisper allows you to trigger a special effect just by fighting the boss enemy.

Titan Exotic Helm- “Bunker Buster” WW2 style helmet with bullets and playing cards strapped to it with “Rez’d to kill” written on the front. “GET IN THERE BEFORE I THROW YOU IN THERE.” - Unknown Titan Perk- You Wanna Live Forever? Your damage goes up the lower your health gets, meaning when at critical health you do incredibly increased damage, but recharge takes longer. Warlock Exotic Helm- “Gentlefolk Hat.” Top hat with a extended “monocle” at the right eye. “Don’t let the barbarians distract you, you’re better than them.” - Unknown Warlock Perk- “Refined Composure.” When ADS your flinch is drastically reduced. Precision kills reloads the magazine from reserves. And buffs the first round of the reloaded magazine. Or they could just make these ornaments and I’d happily pay good money for them.

1 ReplyDon’t Touch Timur(mixture and likely a little broken but I don’t care) Hunter Gauntlets Exotic perk: When an enemy melees you, they will be blinded for a short time and you’ll go invisible for a short time(6 seconds). Rank and File enemies will turn to your aid upon hitting you. Their health will slowly be affected by a 1 tick damage, aiding you till they die from an enemy or their health depleting by the tick damage. Rank and File enemies that walk through your smoke have a 20% chance of aiding you in combat with the same tick damage debuff.

THE CHEESEMONGER (fusion rifle) Getting a team wipe in the Crucible activates a naughty boy in voice chat who will challenge you to a 1v1. Each time you ignore his request, gain boosts to accuracy, damage and range. ROTTING BADGER (sword) Weapon decomposes over time. Taking damage releases maggots that seek out enemies. Multikills allow you to burrow underground.

Khovostov 7G (scout/pulse/auto) Adaptability is Key… - Unknown Exotic PERKS (you can switch in the UI.) -3rd perk column give you a choice between Anti Barrier, Unstoppable, and Overload Rounds. -4th column perks give you a choice between Scout mode, Auto Mode, and Pulse Mode Intrinsic Perk: Alternative Options - Stunning Champions give you stacks of “Options”. When 3 “Options” stacks are reached, hold reload to change khovostov into a single shot, heavy sniper that can stun all champion types. Catalyst: Auto mode gains One for All. Pulse Mode gains Rapid hit. Scout mode gains Mulligan. All perks apply to Alternative Options mode. A bit complex, but well within the realm of possibility. -
3 RepliesCrossbow hand cannon that shoots solar arrows. Hold down the button to fire repeater rounds that fire quicker but do less damage. Heavy Crossbow that shoots void bolts. Arc boomerang Hand cannon that shoots sticky grenades that explode after a second or two. Kind of like Telesto but only 15 shots. Arc whip. You can lash enemies.
