After the nerfs, were pinnacle/ ritual weapons really an issue?

I mean, some perks were nerfed when they were brought back, but it's a fair question: • Oxygen was trash, and now Doom of Chelchis (can be crafted) with Dragonfly + Firefly is basically a better replacement to Meganeura + Dragonfly. Especially if Dragonfly spec works on both perks. • The perk Harmony is basically just Master of Arms, but kept the crit multiplier and procs on other weapon kills instead of all weapon kills. • Cranial Spike (exotic perk, I know, before the DMT changes) is basically just a better version of my proposed rework to Magnificent Howl before sunsetting. • Desperado was put on at least three weapons that can all be better than Redrix. • Reservoir Burst is on at least four fusions, two of which can have several shots in a row (Midha and a Subsistence Glacioclasm). Can be crafted. • Explosive Light (now at half the strength) is on at least three rockets and a heavy GL, basically giving us back Wendigo. Can be crafted. • Archer's Gambit has essentially been replaced with the easier to use Successful Warmup + Archer's Tempo, can be crafted. • Adagio is basically one change away from being a reverse Onslaught. • Killing Tally is on at least two LMGs and a trace rifle, all can be crafted btw. The only pinnacle perks I can think of that haven't returned to any extent are Reversal of Fortune and Micromissile. Meanwhile, for ritual weapons, we've had several weapons basically replace them, like the current Gambit scout. Hell, I took Touch of Malice into PVP with Gyrfalcan (might be more consistent with Radiant since Gyrfalcon doesn't proc on your opening shot and lasts 5X longer) and it could 3 tap people, making it potentially deadlier than Randy if I can consistently kill someone in 3 shots with a weapon that fires 4.33 times a second thanks to other damage buffs. Seriously, if all those weapons were brought back, I doubt they would break the game any more than the current weapons do. All Luna/ NF had going for it is the archetype, Revoker would just need to refund ONE shot IF you got a head shot kill with it beforehand, almost no one used Recluse after the nerf (and I never see/ hear anything about Harmony), and Mountaintop won't even break shields unless it's a direct hit, which is a kill shot anyway. The fact we keep getting weapons that CAN be better than pinnacle/ ritual weapons is proof enough they weren't an issue.
