Need help with preorder of lightfall not giving bonuses

So been having a problem with Bungie lately. Completed Preorder for Lightfall and redeemed it, I have no access to preorder in-game content such as auto rifle, emote, emblem. Clamining online digital rewards with activites that have been completed in-game and no ability to claim them. Everything is connected correctly and I have been able to claim digital in the past. This seems like a very big screw up on Bungie's part and I want it resolved and to be able to claim and collect what I've paid for and earned in game. Already contacted microsoft and they say it is active on my account but there has never been nor is there still anyway to collect preorder bonuses. I purchased and redeemed for correct platform PC via xbox app. I got the collector's edition and want what I paid for.

  • Hello. Looking at your account, we don't have a record that you have purchased Lightfall. You may want to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]restore your Destiny console licenses[/url] and check to see if this helps with your issue. We recommend that all players install any purchased DLCs that they own for Destiny 2 in their D2 "Manage game & add-ons" menu.
