Do something about these players. So many people using the devices which cannot be named. Make it so people cannot plug these devices in and play your game! You got anti cheat for pc hackers and people talked about it all day. Now do something about console cheaters.

1 ReplyI keep hearing this “accessibility” argument. It’s a false one. Accessibility is for the company in question to facilitate. Legally, they cannot point to a 3rd party that has no contractual binding to them and declare they’re compliant via that 3rd party. The ONLY way they could have even a small bit of coverage is if they either own, or are in a binding contract with the 3rd party. Even that is iffy, bc it still would require Bungie to have an adequate level of oversight of the 3rd party. Same goes for Sony and Microsoft. So, if you want them to actually DO something about the exploitation of these macro devices, report them. I should also mention that the PS5 doesn’t allow these devices natively, unlike the new XBox.
