I will probably get pushback on this but please hear me out.
Destiny 2 is all about community, right? Challenging each other, pushing each other, and improving as a group where we can laugh and have fun as a community. It's to this extent Destiny has thriving LFG communities with members from hundreds of different clans running raids together, doing crucible together, running strikes, and even gambits.
Even I have my own clan and I manage the community memes group on Facebook where I'll try and help others when I can run raids who have never done it.
But the Triumph seals are locked behind a wall for VOW, VOG, Kings Fall, Deep Stone, etc. Because there is a requirement to unlock it "run the raid with a team full of clan members."
Now my clan members have full-time jobs working eighty-plus hours a week, have medical issues, or only play Destiny 2 when they want to jump back in. It's one of the reasons I do so many LFG so much so that it's somehow managed to make me in the top 2% of speed runners if you believe Raid Report.
I guess what I'm trying to say is. It would be nice if I could earn the Triumph Seals from helping others in LFG's and if others could earn the Triumph Seals too without having raids be exclusively tied to clans.
Edit: What if instead of it being tied to clans exclusively... The Triumph seal required you to participate in helping others beat raids.
