Currently consuming Grenade gives Heat rising Perk, so a few simple changes
My requirements when building this buff
Give an extra source, require it takes skill to achieve the Buff, and allow a combat loop/exotics syngery to holistically form.
So I kept it all the same except make THREE KEY Differences, FOR overall syngery.
A. Using your Charged Melee to get a Final KILL, makes you activate Heat Rises, currently you have an aspect to become RADIANT ON melee hit. So give an buff to the Heat Rises fragment, melee KILLS (not hits), will activate Heat Rises. And this buff will tie into buff "B."
B. Rework Energy Return, it NOW GIVES BACK grenade Energy AND MELEE instead, of Just MELEE. Idk why it only gives back Melee ENERGY if it TAKES GRENADE energy TO CONSUME to activate. ha-da-Durr. Again this will tie into buff "C." & "A."
C. Time is NOT EXTENDED well getting kills on the ground, sacrifice time extension for (50%) of the ability gained well standing on the ground
This would allow one to make a combat loop centered around your abilities, but still focus on the difference between air based combat and ground, and also allow variable combat between both
Along giving access to exotics that would have been considered niche, can now be utilized in difficult content without holding one back.

Even just buff "A." By it self, leaves avenues of gameplay.
Buff "B." Allows you to gain Grenade energy back, (if takes grenade energy to active we should totally get it back)
C. Forces to the player take into account the differences between air combat, and ground based if they want the full gain back
