Divine Fragmentation

Divinity makes the endless grind of repetitious encounters efficient and rewards players for taking support roles and using utility weapons. We are all asked to put so much effort and time in to Destiny, and Divinity just makes it that much more bearable. It also shows that not everything is about being DPS god, but also about putting down a tether, a healing rift or healing grenade, making wells and orbs for teammates, and yes - playing a support role, using a utility weapon and bringing along everyone for a stellar, fantastic, Divine finish. It's so sad how Destiny as a community is always chewing its own head off. Don't forget that we are supposed to create a world where we are god slayers, conquerors, and above all be HELPFUL guardians to the NEW players AND Vets. Remember how awesome and fun the game is supposed to be? I'd imagine - people are crushed by Div nerf talk because that raid and weapon achievement is a Big Deal to probably 90% of the people that have it. Think of their love for the beauty of Garden, and seeing that finally coming to them. There are countless videos of players being so thankful to those that helped them get this step of the game done. I've heard people cry in fireteam chats, young and old - to finally get something like Divinty. Even last night I heard a clan member choke up on getting touch of malice. It reminded me that the real reason we're here is to help each other. I want to be helpful - And Div helps others BE helpful. So instead of a div nerf- maybe talk all the other additional ways to be supportive and to team de-buff and speed up DPS? It's truly quite difficult to make the social movement in this game to find relationships to do raids, as much it is to learn Bungie's bizarre movement system on your preferred class. Remember not to be so jaded, that we tarnish so many people's joy. We need to learn to let everyone shine in this game. Divinity is intended to be DIVINE. Bungie should focus on maps, modifiers, and making the game content and experience rich. Not micro-tuning and post flame wars and popularity w some lame handful of self promotional streamers. There is so much Bungie could be doing instead of this kind of sad low hanging fruit. And Bungie should certainly not be watching something as beautiful as raid exotics become contentious discussions. In lieu of Bungie stepping up to take the reigns: I hope everyone here can remind themselves of why this game is so great- I challenge every person reading this post to help someone finish a quest, raid, dungeon, or even go get their run in Garden for Divinity. And do it with a gracious smile. Listen to how thankful those players will be. Even if it's just for the day - make someone's moment in this game divine. Very Sincerely -
