Since that's the logic we are going to use, then I believe the following should be suspense eligible as well.
The following all hurt my player experience, and since leaving the unenjoyable experience's below ends up actually negatively impacting me with a timeout, these should be addressed in a harsher manner to improve the overall experience.
1. Having multiple games in a row with a sub 1.00 k/d. Regardless of SBMM or CBMM - not being able to maintain a kill death a 1.00 means that you are hurting my team more than you're helping. That makes myself, any anyone else above 1.0 have to compensate for your lack of ability which hurts my experience. Seeing countless people in Control and IB that play a 10 minute game, can't break double digit kills in a KDA scale and barely break 1000 total dmg really hurts the lobby.
Recommend taking yourself over to Rumble where you can't harm anyone but yourself, or you should get a suspended.
2. Not capping Zones in control. Please play the objective. If you cannot manage to get more than your initial cap zone through the entire match then you shouldn't be allowed to play as it hurts others, and more importantly, my PvP experience.
Or they need to add in a "defend" counter to show that if you are not capping, you better be defending.
3. Using less than ideal, or non-meta, loadouts and not getting kills. - Sorta a continuation of #1 but maybe not as harsh a K/D requirement. However - if you come into Disjuction, Vostok , Eternity, even Widows Court with your Witherhoard - Sidearm combo while floating through the air like a slow moving skeet disc and don't do good - you should be punished by having to sit out of PvP for 10-15 and think on your actions. You willingly entered into Competitive Control or endgame IB PvP with that, you're only thinking of yourself and not your teammates.
4. And since we're talking about hurting player experience, and I'm sure at some point, players feelings - emoting, bagging, staring too long at my ghost, not taking your helmet off in the tower, offensive shaders should all be timeout worthy as well.
This should greatly improve the overall experience of everyone! Because these changes would be in effect for SBMM and CBMM so it has nothing to do with playing against "people of your level" or not - this just about Competitive PvP in general!
