As of July, I am no longer receiving emails.

As stated above, I am no longer receiving emails. The last email communication I received from bungie was July 7th pertaining to celebrating bungie day. After this date, I have not seen one email from bungie while my clanmates have continue to receive the personalized "your bungie moments" emails. And it's not just these emails I have not received, I have also never received any emails updating me regarding a purchase I had made. I received my order without ever being notified that it was ready to ship to me nor any email giving me shipping/tracking info. At the time I didn't think anything of it but as my clanmates have continue to receive any and all emails from bungie I realized this was an issue for me. I have not changed email setting preferences nor have I changed any settings inside of my bungie account prior to this morning (9/14/22). As of today, I followed the steps listed out in the twab back in May to resolve the no email communications issue. I'm unsure if this will fix this issue but based on how many email help topics are being posted recently, I doubt it. I'm unaware if an actual person at bungie support/help reads these posts and if they do I implore you to please look into this issue again and communicate with your community what is going on. I have done what I can on my end by following the suggested steps from that twab and have no idea if that will fix things as I have no idea when the next round of emails will be issued to everyone nor am I currently expecting any emails (i.e. from purchases). I am honestly apprehensive to make any more purchases for fear of not receiving confirmation, updates, and shipping emails. Any help, feedback, or guidance on what to do would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hi there! The emails from the Bungie Store are separate from the emails sent by Bungie. If you are not receiving email notifications regarding your orders, please contact the Bungie Store Customer Support Team. Are these emails in your Junk or Spam filter? Who is your email servicer? Please do not post your email address. Just your email servicer is fine. Thanks!
