It’s ok if you quit, pvp population is up 75% compared to the same time last season.
Meanwhile you will enjoy games again once your KD will have come down enough to reflect your individual skills.

1mln yesterday. Same time last season, and the season before, and the one before that… was 550k give or take 100/150k.

I remember bungie saying the first week was higher this season than last, but to attribute that to just SBMM and not acknowledge that it could also be because of the twitch stream/epic partnership/free week is disingenuous. But you’re saying that this current week, is 75% higher than the same week of last season, I’d just like to see the source for that.

Oh… Up 75% from the absolute shitshow that was classy restoration, wormhusk crutches, healing nade spam with a sprinkling of omni invis that was absolutely unplayable? I am shocked! Shocked, I tell you!

Pvp population was about 1mln yesterday. It was 550 (+/-100) last season, and the season before, and the season before it was less, and the season before that one was even less.

What does this information have to do with my original statement? No -blam!- more people are playing now than last season(s). I am among those who came back at the tail end of the last season, when all the 3.0 nonsense subsided. I am happy if more people are playing D2 PvP, but I am being stomped 24/7 in my top 5% skill-brackets by stacks with meta loadouts with no room to experiment with fun stuff. But, hey, 1 million flies cannot be wrong: Destiny 2 is a great PvP game!
