The most toxic part about this whole SBMM this is that everyone who doesn’t like it always gets the same comment.
Honestly it’s so annoying. Just because we have above a 1.0 KD doesn’t mean we’re sweats and trying to “Pub Stomp”
Just because someone is better then you doesn’t mean they’re a sweat.
Just because we want a CASUAL game mode where we can just hop in and play after work doesn’t mean that “we just wanna stomp noobs and farm and pat our KD”
It’s so idiotic for people to keep saying that. Honestly.
I’m more then happy playing people of similar skills in Competitive or Trials. Or in a game like Overwatch, R6S, CS:GO, etc. Just not in a Control playlist which is meant to be CASUAL

It’s the world we live in now. This is their way of getting “equity”. I stink at PVP and rarely go in it. But if I was decent at it I would be pissed they’ve implemented SBMM in quick play lobbies. Want to play ranked or whatever, ok I get it (maybe). But this just sounds absurdly ridiculous to me as someone with literally no skin in it. We have far too many people who cry to mommy because someone is better than them. The solution cannot be to separate out the top players to let them hammer away at each other and let the bad players feel good about themselves. That’s dumb. But again, it’s a symptom of the society we are surrounded by.

Edited by damnter: 9/14/2022 11:03:39 AMAmen brother. I'm no sweat at all and I dislike sbmm to. There's just no casual pvp anymore. This penalty stuff makes it even worse. Not touching control anymore. Pvp used to be fun but there's nothing fun about it anymore. Lower skilled players blame sweats for being toxic but since sbmm is back they're the most toxic people around. And once again, I'm no sweatlord, just a regulair medium player.

You just wanna come home from work and enjoy casually shooting things that can't fight back? Hit up Strikes Playlist. Because the days of you doing that -blam!- to real people are over!

You just want free kills. Accept it. For your own mental health it sounds like you need to cope with that reality. You’re just looking for an easy mode experience.
