Having people on your own team quit out and nobody replacing them.
Getting a horrible map you hate, which is most likely a lot of them.
Having horrible teammates who do literally nothing because the games broken lobby balancing does this quite often, which is a miserable experience worth quitting out of.
Having an extremely laggy game due to the game being on prehistoric peer to peer networking, even worse now with SBMM.
So now people are forced to stay in laggy matches. Forced to stay in completely one sided matches due to the games broken lobby balancing or facing 6 stacks all the time. Forced to play horrible maps since Bungie sunset a bunch of good ones and for some odd reason cannot add any new ones to the game in a timely manner like other developers.
And all this for what? ZERO incentive to even play? So they add SBMM and a quitting penalty to a broken casual game mode that hasn't been updated in years with no incentive in a loot based fps game? How in the F does that even make sense?
They are killing crucible bit by bit with these god awful changes.
