Shame on you bungie for putting penalties on casual crucible playlist. Remove the penalties please. It’s not competitive playlist.

6 RepliesIt’s pretty amusing seeing k/d stat padders cry about this, I guess the only thing I can say is what all you sweats have been spewing for awhile now, “stop crying and adapt” “git gud”. Seems a bit poetic.
-
4 RepliesTo the PvP community, This was a patch. You can't adapt. Git gud. The new meta: penalties for quitting control. Those tears are delicious.
-
2 RepliesWhy not ask the quitting community to stay in the game? What makes your 1-9 minutes so important you have to screw over 5 other people that could be having fun. The community needs to stop crippling itself, Bungie isn’t entirely at fault here.
-
nope the control penalty should remained otherwise u and ur k.d farming buddies will quit all the time they having a booboo game just to protect and farm k.d 🤣🤣 sorry but no more k.d farming 😂😂😂
-
5 RepliesIf you're not a quitter you won't notice a difference. Move on.
-
Stop leaving games then
-
27 RepliesWho gave you simps the idea that anything pvp is casual? Team vs team, check A score, check A winner and a loser, check Fits the bill for a competition.
-
There is no shame. Play Rumble, Trials, or the weekly Rotator. Quickplay =/= casual, and the entire time CBMM existed it was only "Casual" for the high skill players. You just want that cushion back but now you have to sit on the floor with the rest of us.
-
9 RepliesEdited by BANZAI GEXX: 9/14/2022 5:30:11 PM1) bring back a pure CBMM. No team balancing. 2) track No KDA stats in quick play. 3) track only win/loss ratio. If you quit a match that counts as an automatic loss for you. 4) If you get thrown into a match late and lose it doesn’t count as a loss.
-
3 Replieshonestly keep control with sbmm and give us clash as a permanent gamemode as well and just give that cbmm then bam both sides get a playlist.
-
Control sucks anyway.
-
Shame on them? What's wrong, can't farm anymore and back out when you start getting farmed? If you're playing through an entire match as INTENDED, with nothing being wrong on your end to hinder this.....what's the issue??? If they implemented this, then they had to notice on their end as well with people leaving matches. I thought being "competitive" was playing a good fair match?? Not backing out when the odds aren't in your favor.
-
2 RepliesIt's not a casual list anymore and there has never been a competitive playlist at all in Destiny 2. Survival is just a seperate mode with the words competitive slapped onto it.
-
64 RepliesPlayed a bunch of control games on Sunday. I don’t remember anyone leaving any of the games I played. My guess is that the sweaty players don’t like being in games without noobs - and they are the ones leaving…
-
And stuff like this is why I don’t play pvp
Shame on you bungie for putting penalties on casual crucible playlist. Remove the penalties please. It’s not competitive playlist.
Most likely the kd crew is crying about their prey leaving

Edited by The2ndWave: 9/14/2022 7:09:42 PMHere’s a take that I haven’t seen yet. It may or may not happen, but I’ll throw it out there anyway. If SBMM would truly work every time. Those regular quitters who would quit and get penalized are gone for sometime. While they are gone, it will actually improve the game experience a little bit for those who are already enjoying the SBMM mode. So this is a win-win for Bungie and those in the community that enjoys SBMM. Now the only thing that needs addressing are lag/ connection issue, and stacked teaming. Stack teaming could probably be solved by implementing lobby skill balancing. I don’t know how much they’re gonna do this, but since Free PvP mode is not a priority here now, it might not happen. Some of the lag/connection issue may also be attributed to crossplay, which may not be addressed as well since player numbers for this game is dwindling and is not optimal. Other than the that, one complaint of quitters leaving and now getting banned for a few minutes may actually help the experience of the already happy SBMM crowed that is already enjoying the game again. It could be a win-win scenario, for now. One more thing, I see a lot of gamers here threatening to stop playing, quit and leave the game for good because of this new quitter’s penalty. Welp, I guess it’s time for me to say this: This is not the Airport! Bwahahahahahaha! I always wanted to say that but I couldn’t find the opportunity yet. I guess this is a perfect time now.🤣 Wave goodbye guys when you hit the Departure Area of the Forums Airport. Hehe!

2 RepliesControl is 6v6 Competitive with SBMM now. This is what SBMM is/does. It festers a Competitive Environment. SBMM=\=Casual Games
-
5 RepliesIt's really simple , don't quit .
-
14 RepliesJust don't quit while playing pvp. They should've implemented this punishment from day 1
-
only casual playlist is private matches.
-
1 ReplyI 100% agree take it out they will lose their player base slowly
-
If I’m being one shot by a pulse rifle , Hit registration being non-existent because of network issues or people bouncing around , I don’t believe I should be penalized for something fundamentally wrong on Bungie’s side . Case in point ; if I order up a burger , bite into it and it taste like -blam!- ; I don’t believe any reasonable person would expect me to finish the burger.

Stop queuing up for Control if you're just gonna quit. That's your fault -

It’s the only fun game type so they have to “Bungie it.” Barely anyone else plays their other trash game types besides clash but that’s on rotation. They’ve neglected pvp for so long and now the pieces are tumbling on their dumb heads. Low population. It’s why we have these -blam!- lobby balancing and connection issues.
