Hello, I let my Son purchase the following on the PlayStation store for Destiny 2: Destiny 2: The Witch Queen Deluxe Edition (Add-On) Destiny 2: Beyond Light (Add-On) Destiny 2: Bungie 30th Anniversary Pack (Add-On) However, he thought he'd pull a fast one and add the following and I wouldn't notice: Destiny 2: Throne of Atheon Emote Bundle I contacted PlayStation support and they refunded the purchase for the Emote Bundle, however I noticed that this caused a much bigger problem than I realized. When the bundle was purchased, it counted as adding Silver to the account. This triggered a 90 cooldown for the cross save. Now because the purchase was A: Unauthorized and B: Refunded, shouldn't the 90 cooldown on the cross save be removed? My Son wants to play on Steam, but I have to reconfigure the Cross Save in order to do that and there's 2 days left on the Steam Cooldown. I was planning on buying all of this AFTER the Steam cooldown, because then both PSN and Steam would both have a 90 day cool down. Now, he's going to have to wait 90 days for PSN, then another 90 days to re-enable the cross save. There's got to be someone in Bungie Support that can help us out here, poor kiddo just wants to play on his new computer that I bought him for his birthday and now he's stuck on his PS4.
