Hand held super nova needs to one hit kill again. Here's why.
Warlocks are the only class in the game without a ohk melee.
Bungie stated that they wanted one hit kills to be skillful. Well they really did contradict themselves in that point when they let throwing knife and thunder clap ohk but hand held super nova not.
All you have to do with throwing knife is hit the head, it has a decent amount of aim assist and plenty of range.
Thunderclap is a matter of timing with no precision aim necessary. It still damages upon release so has utility even if not fully charged.
Hand held super nova had more risk than each of these in it's previous state as it would self kill if the user was too close to the target, had a justified charge time and a short hold time, plus a shorter range than throwing knife and thunder clap. It required timing, forethought and good judgement for distance.
It had high risk and high reward but now it's all risk with no reward. By justifying the other two as being "skillful" enough to warrant being a ohk then hand held super nova automatically meets the criteria.
It doesn't even see use anymore because it's so trash.
By allowing this to stay in the game given it's risk reward and skill factors, hand held super nova should be automatically justified.
