Can you clarify what's preventing your son from playing on Steam that requires disabling Cross-Save?

I added my old Playstation account to his Steam account, in order for him to play on Steam with my old Playstation account, we have to disable the cross save and then re-enable it. This 90 cooldown is fine, I understand what their trying to prevent. It's the unauthorized purchase on my old PSN account that triggered an additional 90 day cooldown. Had I just bought the content for him this wouldn't have happened. So now instead of waiting 90 days to re-enable it, he's got to wait 90 days to disable it and then another 90 days to enable it. So while all of these cooldowns are happening, he's having to play on a PlayStation mini, instead of the nearly 4000.00 PC that I bought him for his birthday. We've been playing together for about 12 years now, kind of a Father/Son gaming situation. We've played Call of Duty, Fortnite, Minecraft, and countless other titles through the years, but his passion is Destiny 2. So, hopefully either this time flies by for him, or we get something sorted out with Bungie. (Fingers crossed for the later so my Son stops complaining about playing on 30fps and 70FOV!!! HaHa!!)

Ah, thank you for the information; it's unfortunate that you chose to use Cross-Save in a way that wasn't intended by linking accounts of two different individuals. Good luck Guardian. Hopefully the time passes quickly.
