Steam/PC Silent Crash to Desktop within 2-3 minutes

Maybe I posted in the wrong spot. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/261718048 I thought it was WebStorm being open that caused this, but even after closing it and running the same applications I've been running with D2 working just fine, I'm getting the crash to desktop within a couple minutes of launching the game. No errors, and I have no idea where I can find a log file. Right now I have Chrome, MSI Afterburner, task manager, Phone Link, PuTTY, Steam, Explorer, Discord, Telegram, Slack, Docker, AutoHotKey (hook for diablo exe only, a /players count script), BattledotNet, AnyDesk, Cisco AnyConnect, Fan Control, Logitech Gaming Software, and Outlook running. Not two days ago I had the same exact set of software running and it was just fine. In fact, every successful time I've played D2 since buying this season's stuff has been played with all that software actively running on my machine (save for Docker, I had that closed once for troubleshooting). Where can I find logs? It'd be super rad to play, but spending 15 minutes trial-and-erroring to get the game to even fire up for more than the login screen kind of takes up most of the time I have available to play in the first place.

  • ... and now, having changed nothing, it's working. Logged in, went to destinations, went to the enclave, and I'm walkin' around. The PC is stable at a hardware level -- far more taxing workloads than Destiny 2 run flawlessly. Would be super wicked cool to get at least some kind of error message for what faulted and caused a crash. It really felt like anticheat was terminating the game because an illegal process was found or something -- graphics and sound would both halt, screen would sit there with a frozen image for 3-4 seconds, then I'd be at my desktop.
