Like where did the little quests with small story implications go? Get some xp and smaller rewards, get some extra backstory on a character or place.

I miss doing anything on the world zones. Why do they even exist. Bungie needs to develop these places, add content to them that fits in with the current narrative.

1 ReplyYeah and I miss Asher Mir’s snide comments, always made me laugh. Drifter has some good one-liners nowadays too “you’ve got a lot to learn about swashbuckling…we ain’t the prey, we’re the hunters!”

Adventures were cool, gave you something to do.

Edited by Pilotslover: 9/13/2022 4:42:51 PMRed Legion, Black Oil was one of my favourites. Loved the world and character building and got to hang out with two awesome NPCs that Bungie unceremoniously dumped.
-
No. But I miss meaningful content that is worthy of my time.

No A_DMG04

No, we have those every season and they are boring 🙄

Wait. You mean additional stories and content? Oh. “That stuff is hard”. - lulu smythe

As soon as they can think of a way to charge Silver for side quests and Adventures they'll be back.
-
Yeah I do they were a good way to tease future content and add some extra lore to the universe I don’t know why they disappeared

4 RepliesThe one on Nessus with Failsafe looking for members of her crew was quite good, nice little ending to that one.

Edited by Eliksni Gunslinger: 9/14/2022 12:36:38 PMYep, like The Enemy Of My Enemy adventure on Titan where we first meet a notorious Captain , and got the Rat King quest I still get a kick out Missrax trolling us by tricking us to into locking ourselves inside that room

Patrol zones are in desperate need of help. They should each have their own weapons and armor to chase. Give us reasons to go there. D2 vanilla had its issues but it at had destination gear so we had a reason to spend time in the zones. I would be okay with it being a rotating selection of world gear or something also.

Yeah destiny used to have a little charm that couldnt be replicated for me back then

2 RepliesI miss secret missions like Zero Hour, this was a challenge and it was unforgiving.
-
Yeah I miss them,There were a few I liked running through every now and then.I wish Bungie would add some new and old ones back or even add mini campaigns(replayable ones) like the one we got in Kings fall where we got about 3 or 4 missions in which we fought fallen on Mars :) I also wish we could replay the New light campaign without starting a new character.

1 ReplyI do. It’s all playlists and seasonal activities now, and the only time I spend in patrol zones is when there’s a seasonal challenge or part of a story quest. Would be nice for patrol zones to get anything to make them more immersive/enjoyable.

Would be nice

Did make the world feel more alive

I miss them. Ones like Invitation from the Emperor and Arecibo were great in setting up our encounters with Calus (Leviathan) and Ana and Rasputin (Warmind). Postmodern Prometheus made me start liking Asher. O Captain showed us a side to Failsafe where she actually cared for her crew. While technically not an adventure, but Enemy of My Enemy (world quest) did introduce us to Mithrax
