Having to purchase dlc for multiple platforms seems unreasonable. I'm not wealthy and can't just throw money at a random screen anytime I want to play on a different platform. How is this acceptable.? To me it is not. With all the migrations between platforms and apps that are beyond our control. How is it you expect the average player to continue to play if the content we have already purchased is locked behind a pay wall on a no longer valid or viable platform. I own multiple DLC and play mostly on console. I play occasionally on PC, but am limited by the fact that everything that I already paid for is locked. This seems unethical. Anyone that says this is acceptable behavior from a developer is lying and delusional.

Your issue is with the platform providers as they are the ones who manages how licensing works on their respective platforms. Bungie as well as any other developer has no control over it.
