Solar 3.0 is straight up garbage. It should of been left as it was. The class got stripped of all identity.
To utilize heat rises properly is insanely difficult unless you are a high tier player.
In air accuracy should not be impacted in the air at all if that is the whole premise for the class.
There needs to be more utility in the air because while in the air you are 100% a target in this game. You are basically up there for everyone in the game to see.
Double dash got taken away before 3.0 and why? Other classes have far far far more OP abilities than double dash. Dodge and invis are insanely beneficial yet that remains the most OP ability combo in the game.
We got an entire tree taken from solar which was amazing for PVE and they make up for it by giving dawnblade a tiny splash on impact that does absolutely nothing.
Bungie you took an absolutely beautiful class and destroyed it. When you should of brought other classes up to the same level.
Void warlock is the only option for competitive PVP now.

As a warlock main, I sympathize with you. I do think that the classes were overall, revamped so that they were made equal, but some got the short end of the stick. I think Solar is by far the worst revamp. All the classes feel same-ie and there identities feel stripped. Ark gave at least some unique qualities to the classes, with warlock all about chaining, hunter about getting combos, and Titan about punching things. What do all the classes do in Solar. They all heal. They all ignite. They all scorch. With void, warlock is all about explosions and devour. Titans are all about weaken and over shield. Hunters Suppress and go invis. Stasis is the same. Titans shatter, hunters slow, warlocks freeze. Solar is the single worst subclass in the game simply because while it does what it wants well, it does not make the ways to do so unique.
