Ruffians in the Adventures

I know this probably won't get read by @Bungie, but I can't find a way to send feedback about it anywhere. When you solo into adventures, you have to throw away treasures to get Ruffians to spawn & then I get reported for sabotaging, hate mail, & t-bags. That's not fun. Please make Ruffians spawn faster and more often.

  • So is it based on time or percentage of treasure? Saw a video that said 1st one spawns at 60% and 2nd at 80%. I've noticed it spawned around 40% and 70% in a run I did.

    • I eager edge my teammates and then throw the treasure away. I will continue to sabotage to get the ruffians to spawn.

    • post this in feedback forum. bungie devs lurk there for this type of thing. and i agree with you. players have to actively play against the object to get the seal.

          Thats the trick I saw a guy doing & I thought was genius for the expedition playlist so ruffians could spawn. Grabs the balls and hucks them off the map or as far as one can. By the time the randos notice they cant get to them before they despawn. I am the type of guy that held people hostage with the vex head in dares and trys to physics you off the map/into walls, so I thought this was gold.

          • The worst thing is that they de spawn when the treasure collected hits 100% The amount of times they spawn in at 94% when a treasure engram has just left my hand is ridiculous. If they spawned in at 50% or not de spawn at all then it wouldn’t be a problem

          • I can’t be the only one who just camps doing just enough to not be afk, waiting with a pulse rifle for them to spawn. I’m not directly hurting the effort, but it’s still toxic. It’ll be better when player counts go down at the end of the season and nobody wants to do them anymore, but whoever green-lit that triumph to be a part of the seal needs to actually play the game…

          • I have noticed more players just letting all the treasure sit there until they spawn. It's actually refreshing to find that becoming more of the norm but still BS we have to do that.

          • Or lower the number of Ruffians from 50. That’s a bit high for an activity where only 2 appear at a time

          • I just go into the activity solo and I get the ruffians and the treasures all to myself

            • Wait a couple weeks for people to finish the first triumph banking all the treasures. The issue is excessive mote drops. Raiders and champion are not well described nor well supported in the existing mechanics. Either devs will fix the mechanics or players will begin to clue in. I support throwing away motes. Devs should have found this in play testing and fixed before sending out.

              • Now imagine how much you need to run activity to get rid of all champions (third step requires 100 champions). Situation is ridiculous and Bungie did nothing about that problem, it's already a month past in this season.

              • Dude, I run like a maniac trying to throw all the treasure as far as I can. It's amazing that people don't understand there is a triumph associated with the ruffians. I'm at 36/50 and I've completed probably 100 runs.

                • Just throw the treasure away. You should get two per game Or LFG a ruffian fire team.

                  • It is causing animosity between players because some are playing the objective and others are playing for the triumph. Ruffians need to spawn earlier.

                    • The seal is timegated , you will have plenty of time to kill 50 of them, then you will have nothing to do but wait on the next 2 upgrade pieces to be released
