Lack of a "Contact Us" form

Why isnt there a contact us button or form or something? I've been constantly getting disconnected and reconnected to the game, WITH NO ERROR CODES and I have no method of troubleshooting it, because the issue isnt on my side, I cant contact bungie, and see if the issue is on their end, because they dont care about being honest with players, and now, I cant play the game that all my friends are playing because of some random issue Bungie's not aware of and doesnt care about.

  • a.) what sort of connection do you have and what are your up AND down speeds? b.) ping and latency? packet loss? c.) where are you located? d.) how many people share your internet connection and are on when you are playing? e.) when's the last time you fully rebooted your internet connection? f.) what steps have you taken to analyze/fix your connection issues?
