Cross Save does not transfer DLC licenses as those are tied to the platform where you purchase them. If you did not buy the DLC from the Epic Game Store, then you were only previously able to access it there because the DLC was free from August 23 until August 30 (today).

its not about cross save, i have/had it on pc and now i dont I quite literally played it on pc only a few days ago

what if we previously owned the dlc, and now we dont? I owned it before and played it (on both pc and xbox) and now the product is no longer on my account?

As others told you in the previous posts you made, you should try to [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content]restore your licenses[/url] and see if that resolves the issue. If not, you will need to contact the platform where you purchased the DLC for support (such as Microsoft if purchased on Xbox).
