Your friendly guy who hates gambit here with an annoucement that you have seen on youtube or other places already RESILIENCE ON WARLOCKS AND TITANS DOES NOT WORK AS INTENDED WHILE ARC IS EQUIPPED HUNTERS ARE UNAFFECTED BY THIS....damn you dirty knife throwers...oh wait...im one of them You can have 150 Resilience and due to this game breaking bug, it counts as 0 I've seen alot of people questioning ARC 3.0 and their builds with those classes Your not getting the full benefit you would with other elements, so what might seem as weak or not useful, is not getting its full benefit as it should That is all, Carry on
