I do a lot of exercise, often intensive, both because I enjoy it and because it benefits my health. I do not however focus on significantly increasing muscle mass to the 'jacked' level. If ever I am in the Gym, which isn't that often as I prefer classes, I tend to opt for doing more reps of relatively light weights. Otherwise I can be found doing circuit training, motivated by a 50 year old black guy (there's nothing better), or at karate, or swimming. Pumping iron does not interest me, and, when taken to the extreme, nor does it appeal to a lot of women according to the ex-bodybuilders (see 50 year old black guy) that I have spoken to.
I focus on my fitness, and that is enough to make me happy.

I honestly don't know how people think Zyzz looked good (other than his body) >Obviously a very good physique >Weird face >Awful hair >Wore make-up >Terrible fake tan >Wore crappy clothes. Just my two cents.
