I can't receive emails from my d2 account

I followed the bungie help to go to the mailbox several times to verify that the mailbox still can't receive, and I've also checked my own spam still not. I haven't received emails since I received the Player Survey on November 6, 2021. Up to now, I have changed my mailbox several times and successfully authenticated but I still can't receive mail. Please help me
