The thing is if claimed items exceed 60, the display on vendor bugs out and items never load in. This can be confirmed via Destiny 2 Companion App by opening Amanda's shop there.

I tried the Companion App and you were right, they are shown there. Is there any wax for me to claim them?

Nope, not until Bungie fixes this. They acknowledged the issue already, so let's hope for the fix soon.
