Unable to use my purchased DLC

I bought witchqueen deluxe and downloaded destiny 2 on the xbox app on my pc; however, when in game it is not registering me having the content in game. I have it downloaded and everything what might the problem be?

  • On which platform did you buy WQ deluxe. Expansions aren't cross platform only the season passes and dungeon key. If you bought it through the windows store for use with D2 Xbox app version you'll need to contact MS for assistance
