Season 16 not working

I let my friend use my account on his xbox console to be his home account, which allows him to have everything that I have bought on my account. When we are playing and I hover over season 16 content, it says he doesn't have access to season 16. He bought season 17 separately before this and also never last season at all. He also doesn't have the Witch Queen dungeon key. Is there any way to fix the problem? I have all expansion content that you can buy on my account.

  • Hi there. Season passes and dungeon keys cannot be shared and are non-transferrable. They are in-game add-ons that are applied to the characters being accessed on the account they were purchased with. Unfortunately there is no option to buy past season passes individually. Your friend would need to purchase the Witch Queen Deluxe edition or Deluxe upgrade (where available) to get season 16 as part of the included 4 season passes. It would also include the dungeon key. If they do not want to purchase the Deluxe edition, they cannot get season 16, however they can still purchase the dungeon key separately.
