I know the current healing/weapon meta is something to comment on but I mean overall. I can't put my finger on what the stand out issue is but PVP just feels... weird. My friends, and me to a lesser degree, preform okay but despite winning a few matches we feel exasperated after a short session. Of course, there are a few highlights here and there, the ups and downs of typical crucible, but overall just a very nagging feeling that leaves a poor taste in our mouths.
I'm looking for other opinions on this. Again, I know healing meta is a big thing but I mean like the core experience. Anyone else feeling this?

1 ReplyThe jumping shot accuracy was a good idea but it left a lot of people to find other stratégies and the current meta doesn’t help. I love to play trials and to be honest it feels a little too odd when it comes to the meta. They need to not bring pellet shotguns back to where they were which was incredibly OP but make it so it has a higher consistency. Fusion rifles need to have its range nerfed to half what it is now with the roles you can get from Main ingredient and glacialclasm that destroy from 17m. Pulse rifles are finally back to being in a good spot but scout and auto rifles need a tiny buff to keep up with them. 120 and 180 cannons dont need a major buff but allow for more aggressive builds or even special perks for them would help a lot to try to compete with 140s. With 3 peaking gone snipers and weapons like the Lorentz Driver and Arby are dominating due to the crazy amount of lane camping. That and when it comes to sidearms it is really with three main ones, Drang being the best with craft ability, Tresspasser, and Devils Ruin. I think the main focus bungie should be doing is small buffs and just adding more weapons with different perks to keep the game diverse and make it so the two popular play styles of sit in the back or become an ape will gradually phase out as people obtain different strategies due to not just better balancing but more optional tactics.
