I love that we have quick access to see raid completions and kills, but can we please get damage numbers for Charlemagne and Raid Report?
To include strikes, Nightfalls, seasonal events like Dungeons or Castellum. I cannot be the only one that wants to know who’s doing the most damage and where I can be better for each encounter

33 RepliesWe just need damage numbers back, people are just scared of getting criticized. Criticism, can help a lot in increasing damage/survivability, most people just cant take it.

This would be good for proving a weapon is better than people think. Like when I use Anarchy people -blam!- at me. They don't realize Anarchy is still decent but you get to shoot a shotgun while it is doing damage which really adds up. And I'm not gonna tell em to wipe for damage just to see I did better than them. Or sometimes I wanna know how much damage my Stormchaser is really doing.

No! I don't want my clan mates to see that I was sleeping through 90% of the raid.

Nah wow has shown that this would only add to toxicity. Maybe If shaming others based on performance is something punishable with a ban, but I’d rather just not open th can of worms.

2 RepliesEdited by Xero: 6/30/2022 5:55:54 PMYou know, I know it's third party that has access to the API, but how do we know Bungie has to "give permission" on adding this versus the third party just adding it natively? Did the third party developers say they can't access it or something? I get what the question is, but I'm stuck scratching my head in confusion on this one. Wouldn't we ask the developers of the third party app first before asking Bungie? Or is this a follow up because they were already asked, and NOW we're asking Bungie? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

1 ReplySure, only if it’s your own damage contribution. Seeing everyone else’s leads to toxicity.
-
Horrible idea. The game already has a toxicity issue in the endgame due to design.
-
4 RepliesFf14 had to ban all third party add on due to the high toxicity of this exact thing
-
1 ReplyYou GET damage numbers at the end of the missions and wipes. THERE'S your parse

11 RepliesAnd also a connection status bars. We need to see who's redbarring.

39 RepliesSooooo instead of avoiding toxicity.......you want to increase the saturation of toxicity? I understand the desire to see what you're doing. But if it's anything like 3rd party DPS meters are in other games. Then no dude. I'd rather not. We have enough toxic enabling things in an out of the game already. Let's not add anymore.

11 RepliesI really don’t understand anyone crying about “enabling toxicity”. News flash, you can host your own lobbies and kick whoever you feel is toxic. I’d love to min/max my damage and get more info on that.
