If that doesn't work, you might want to delete the app and reinstall it.
If you can't receive invites, are you appearing online and in orbit? Do you have notifications turned off on your platform? What account are you signed into on the app?
Its definitely a cache issue since the solution for my first 2 problems is to force quit destiny and reopen it. I just shouldnt need to do that [i]or[/i] if i simply shut down my device with d2 still open, my game shouldnt allow me relaunch d2 without clearing said cache.
As for the messaging issue, i have no idea
